What we collect

• Media you submit — the audio and video files or source URLs you send us.
• Transcripts derived from that media, cached so later clips need not repeat the work.
• Account data — your email address and the identifier from the sign-in provider you use.
• Request metadata — endpoint, timing, audio duration and bytes processed, used for billing and diagnostics.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, we do not use your media to train models, and we do not share your media with anyone other than the processors below.

Processors

Running the Service means handing your media to a small number of providers: a cloud host for compute and storage, a speech-to-text provider for transcription, and a payment provider for card processing. Card details never reach our servers — checkout is hosted by the payment provider.

Retention

Media and clips are retained while your account is open so cached results stay available. Delete a media item and its clips and transcript go with it. Closing your account deletes all of it, apart from the billing records we are required to keep.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Emailhello@ottocut.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We set one cookie, to keep you signed in. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking on this site.
