Terms of Service

1. The service

OttoCut ("the Service") extracts clips from audio and video you supply, by resolving words in a transcript to timestamps and cutting the media. The Service is operated by Bragden LLC.

2. Your content

You keep all rights to the media you submit. You grant us only the permission needed to run the Service on it — storing it, transcribing it, and producing the clips you ask for. We do not use your media to train models.

3. Your responsibility for what you submit

You must have the right to use the media you submit. That includes media you fetch from a third party by giving us a URL: providing a link is you asserting you are entitled to process what is behind it. See the acceptable use policy.

4. Credits and payment

The Service is prepaid. Credits are consumed per request at the rates published at the time of the request. Credits are not transferable and, except where law requires otherwise, are not refundable once consumed. Unconsumed credits remain available while your account is open.

5. Availability

The Service is pre-release and offered without an uptime commitment. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it. Where we can give notice of a breaking change, we will.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bragden LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the credits you purchased in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or the acceptable use policy, and will refund unconsumed credits where the breach was not wilful.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
